but OP if you cant find the swap.. i can for sure go a pull all the hubs for you.. but its gonna get pricey.. shipping alone will be too. last hubs (only two) i shipped cost $84.something... but PM if youre interested

edit: just noticed your location.. shipping wont be nearly that much.. i shipped to kanas last time.. but youre only two states down.. so shipping wouldnt be that much

I really couldn't say because it depends on where you get it. I picked up my complete 5-lug conversion for about $250.
