I want to make sure.

If I have all 4-lug disc, all I have to do is switch out for a 5-lug hub correct?

I have a LX model, I am buying rear 4-lug disc knuckles then I am going to put the 5-lug hub on them with the front.

This is everything I would need correct?
Should I also change the wheel bearings while I am doing this?

-5-Lug Hub (Front and Rear)
-V6 Rotors (Front and Rear)
-V6 Caliper (Front only)
-V6 Brake Pads (Front only)
-Rear brake lines (4cyl EX)

Unless your LX magically came with rear disc brakes, you'll need rear calipers too.

I am getting rear 4lug discs knuckles for cheap and come with calipers also. I currently have drums in the back.

Would I need to get a new e-brake cable?

yes, since theyre different between the drum and disc brake set ups. theyre even listed on the list of parts written down in the diy. youll need the ex i4 ones, or v6 ones.
