5lug conversion

well 6th gen accord ppl..
i got a 2000 accord 4dr lx
and im tryin to do a 5lug conversion and i saw that u dont have to converted to rear to disks...cuz thats too much work and everythin..

so i was searchin online and i saw that u can use for the rear crv drums and Prelude hub and everythin else stays the same..

so lmk if that really works
