No need to have 2 sets of tweets if that's what you mean. But that is OT. Should not be hard to replace the tweeters with aftermarket ones. If you take it out and measure it with a meter for ohms, there are many options, http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?partnumber=275-035 . Then just hot glue it in place or a small strap holding it in place.

Not trying to deter you, just offering some options from my experience.
