Im somewhat confused... With these diagrams are you able to get full functionality of the speedo/tach/vtec?

Im just going to post these her in hopes that it helps people in the future.
Ok, but if you have an auto wiring harness, will that blue and white wire even be there? When I bought my manual they sent me half the wiring harness with the connectors that go to the reverse light and VSS but will the correct wires in the AT wiring harness at the ECU connector?
