A/C Heater Vent Control

i have this problem with the control unit that operates the vents to switch from feet to defrost etc.
the motor doesnt seem to work. i know where it is at but i dont know what the name of the unit is called?
i read on another site it is called a 'mode control' but when
i look it up to buy it, its incorrect? does anyone know the correct name?

I'm pretty sure the it's call the "AC / Heater control motor".
