with a cleaner engine, it'll be a lot more white smoke and not all the black soot crap which is the carbon build-up.

yea this time (3rd time) was nearly all white smoke. first time i did it though there was a good amount of gray smoke.

So, I know that this thread has like .. changed lol

but back to the seafoam, how exactly do you guys use it? cause I was going to use some but... I've seen a lot of different 'ways' and I'm not sure what works best.

I've always done it by unplugging the PCV line that goes directly into the valve cover and sucking up the seafoam through that hose. I saw someone on another youtube video doing it from another hose, result seems to be the same.

I have 160,000 miles on my accord. Do you think it would be safe if i did it with that many miles??

Should be no problem. At your mileage, it might actually be perfect to seafoam it if you've never done it before.
