AC blowing hot as all get out

Oh! V6, had to spin it! So I left clutch wires loose. But oem switch should catch (I think).

I'm actually thinking now there might be diverting wrong with the comp because i don't hear it engage and since refrigerant isn't staying in, I'm assuming something is wrong with the compressor

Look at it, center of pulley spins = engaged, covered oil =leaks
