accord 98 fuel check valve

hey guys, im looking for the "fuel check valve" for my accord 98 AT... i dont know if its in the fuel pump assembly or in the tank or in the line itself... can anyone who knows please help me... thankyou in advance guys and godbless!

There is one that I know of, in the fuel tank fill neck.

when i on the key, no pressure comes in, i need to crank it just to pump the fuel in the fuel line.... thats why its always hard to start... when i shut off the engine, fuel pressure drops to zero INSTANTLY! not slowing down but INSTANTLY, so my next start will be always a hard start... main relay is good and tested already. can u provide me a pic of the check valve in the neck as wat uv sed... thankyou so much sir!
