Adding remote to Viper alarm

Nothing on YouTube. Anybody have any idea why its not working? Its almost like I just can't get it into programming mode or something. Little confused on which remotes to do what with.

Mines came with 2 remote, one regular and pager remote. I'm sure they can do it for you.

I don't pay people to do something I can do... Just a little thing of mine. Labor is so over priced... I'm just going to call viper tomorrow and see what they have to say.

you can program it yourself. its easy. give me the model # of the main unit and i can look up what remotes you can choose from.
