Nothing.
The entire Top End of the J30A1 is too small to flow the increased volume of air you will put in with the J35 I/M. You have to do the entire Top End to get any benefit, and you should port and polish all of it also. Including a Throttle Body bore.
Even then, you will only yield about 210WHP, 170WTQ after it is TUNED. It will pull really good thru Vtec, though.
