hahaha i had the same problem a few weeks ago. idk if the i4 can do this but the v6 can upgrade to the odyssey alternator. i know sometimes the reason why alternators go bad is because they don't produce enough energy, and it could be your alternator brushes. i tried replacing them but no store in my town had them and i think that would be a cheap way to start off. next i say check the junkyard.
