my friend used hub adapters on his gti cept they were to adapt to benz bolt pattern..i never saw a 4 to 5 lug adapter

That RJ wheel guy tried to sell me some of those because all his better looking wheels where 5 lug and I have 4. He said his where made in house. I'm glad I passed that offer up....

Does Ichiba make adapters? I know a ton of guys using their spacers with no problems. If they do make them, I would go with those. Not some no-name company. Check out H&R too, I know they make spacers, not sure about adapters.

As a general rule of thumb, adapters are a bad idea. If you are going to use them definitely get them from a reputable brand.
