ive gotten it over 50 before since theres no stop peg (like older american cars speedos that stop numbering at 85 but keep going :lawl: )...you can only move your legs so fast around 65mph kind of like an engine can only rev so fast.

although i really doubt the point of the speedo...cause ive done 40mph on a real bike down a hill and it was scary as hell :skurred:

Wow... that is standard... how long do you keep the developed film in the water bath? I usually leave mine in like a half hour @ 20C.

my process:

developer: 1st minute constant agitation, then 10s at the start of every min. stop development 15s before the final minute mark (at like 8:45)
stop: 20s, usually 1 or 2 agitations
fix: ~4min, agitation similar to development
wash: with wash aid, 5min, almost constant agitation
photoflo: 30s, wet fingers with it, hang, then run use fingers as squeegee (although i'm probably going to get a dedicated squeegee)

done

yes, i paid money for stop and wash aids but the makeup in time and water savings is more than worth it. plus i get consistent results which is very important.

wow dude. there's just something in film that just seems...missing in digital.

my cousin has an old elan and a darkroom in his basement. hhhrm.

he still has a darkroom too? then theres no excuse...you gotta use some film.

when you break down the costs...you can shoot film for like $.10/frame and that includes the chems...maybe less than that depending on how you do it.

film has "constant" costs which seem zomg expensive11! but really just "build up" instead of the huge initial investment of digital.
