I broke my ****ing housing I just blacked out.

Snapped it in half trying to take it out of the clear lens to put the amber reflector in the side.

I want to punch myself in the face right now.

Does anybody know where I can get a replacement?

I was considering buying one of those Blackhoused JDM replacements off eBay..

Sigh. :fail:

Unless someone here has a messed up single headlamp with a bad lens or something you can get cheap you are stuck buying a pair off eBay. I wouldn't get the black-housed though encase your paint doesn't match it on the other headlamp.

Yeah, there was barely enough sealant to provide resistance but...

I ****ing hate the design of the outer lens.

Anyways, another piece of **** news for me today...
My H1 bulb will not fit into the hole for my projector.

WHAT THE ****KK.

The three screws are getting in the way everytime I try to put the bulb in.
Obviously I don't want to force it...as that has lent me poor results in the past >.>

By the way, is that what the back of my projector is supposed to look like? I didn't use the rubber washers/etc. that came with the 9006 adapter bag in the projector box.

The base of the bulb won't seat or the bulb itself will not fit in the hole? If it's the base anything but Morimoto bulbs will NEED to be trimmed in order to fit. I usually put the drum sander on the Dremel and slowly sand them down until it's a nice snug fit and they seat properly.

Also next time you open your lamps to take the trim out run a razor blade along the outside to cut any sealant that man be lingering

The bulb itself will not fit because those screws are getting in the way.

Unfortunately you need those screws for the bulb retainer. Which bulbs are you using? Are the screws seated properly, not cross threaded? I would get a hold of Matt from Retrofitsource and let him know. He could send you out some replacement screws. To me it looks like those are the wrong screws in the picture, but I could be wrong. The head should look similar to the ones below.

Yours in the picture look more like a pan head below.
