disengaged the e brake when i noticed back in march......

just started tuning it back up getting it ready to be driven again and I realize the back brakes are still locked.....

any quick tricks to just un-stick them??

It seems like your caliper got stuck .. might have to dissassemble and re-grease the caliper sliding pin if possible

Make sure the lever that the cable pulls isn't stuck. Pry on it a bit or tap it with a hammer.

If the levers are both forward, beat the calipers with a hammer. I prefer a brass hammer for this.

If that doesn't work, you gotta start taking stuff apart, but you can fix quite a bit with the right hammer.
