bearing and tire noise

I just want to know which bearing i should be changing (DS or PS)

1. steer to the right at xx speed i hear the humming on my driver side
2. steer to the left at xx speed i hear the humming on passenger side

is
1 = driver side bearing is bad or is it passenger?
2= passenger side bearing is bad or is it passenger?


3. Im noob with wheel and I just noticed how significantly louder my summer wheel set is it vs the stock size winter set up.

My winter set up is oem size + winter tires
Summer set up is 215/45/17 87V Triangle

I would keep it simple and just replace them both at the same time. In general once one goes the other won't be far behind.
