I got mine today but was not so sure on what to and what not to remove, i tried adjusting my throttle cable first to see if it's going to make any difference which obviously it did something. I'll read on my haynes manual first, don't wanna mess up something.

Your EGR valve has to come off. From there, you need a slim 11mm socket to remove the nut holding the OEM throttle rotor on. Now, just slide the Weapon-R rotor right over top of OEM rotor, it's notched so you cant mess up. Now tighten up the nut and adjust your throttle cable, and believe me it's going to need some adjustment. My socket was too fat and I didn't have anything else so I just grinded mine down with the dremel until it would slide into the Weapon-R rotor to tighten the nut.
