01-02 FTW but get the 98-00 so you can get the OEM lip kit.

with a lil simple moddification tha lip kit will fit and look good... if u dnt wanna mod stay with tha all so common 98-00

Ok from what you guys said the 98-00 has more options to mod and the 01-02 is a bit more expensive to mod.

Does anyone have a link to a picture of the OEM lip or where it is sold? I've only seen the mugen and the type R lips.

oem fogs are so much better. I went thru about 6 ebay specails. The oem glass is so thick. i have them on for about a 1yr half no probs. Check my thread for pics.

An OEM lip is hard to find, but if you're patient they are out there. Check my ride page for photos (link below).

If you can't find Honda Genuine, you can always buy the OEM replica front lip (looks the same but attaches diffferently. Info:

wow everyone's pretty much 50/50 on this. I'm having the same delema though. But I have the oem front lip in my colour already and no 98 bumper. Currently got an 02 bumper with a trimed to fit type r lip. I would love to see how this plays out

01-02 looks better if you don't plan on getting a front lip. 98-00 otherwise.
