u cant do anything unless you got some prove...and u cant do anything..he have the right to remain silence....until he want to speak...you cant do anything except said " Give bunnie his money back " if you would touch him or even threating him or even hit him...he can sue you for much more then istealzbunnie 700 buck.....im not defend him or anything but just look out for some one...what can we do...that dude is totally a low life...stupid moron guy who jack a 17 year old money.....i would mess his car up instead of doing something to him..

i live 10 min from him, i was gona go wit bunnies to his house, but its creating too many problems that i have nothing to do with. thats when you really **** urself over, when you get involved in something thats none of ur business. i feel bad for the kid that he saved up this money, and got jacked.. but its life. i know 90% of this board are good people, but if you tell me i can only pay cash/mo im not dealing with you. my $.02

youre right....people can avoid being sued by just not talking....right to remain silent has nothing to do with small claims....it has to do with criminal court...
