Stock camber is not adjustable on the accord.

When getting an alignment, the toe is adjusted.

when the inner portion of the tire is wearing prematurely or the top of the tire is pointed inward / \ it's normally due to negative camber
Unless you have a camber kit the only thing you can do is get an alignment which normally reduces camber wear by adjusting the toe

1.5 drop. Not that bad at all. My tires are slowly eaten up on the inside tread. More front the rear. I'm assuming the weight of the motor provides a little bit more negative camber, but that's just only an assumption. So I am looking for something to correct that negative camber. You think maybe just a simple alignment would do the trick? I've had it aligned before but still the same results.

From my personal experience I'm dropped on H&R's (1.5F/1.3R)
I got a simple alignment and my negative camber was corrected.
a 1.5 drop is kind of iffy. Some people required a camber kit with this drop and some didn't
Make sure the alignment was done properly and rotate your tires.

I'll have to check that out now that I'm putting my summer rims and tires back on. I always rotate the tires though. Not as often in the winter. To damn cold. Thanks for the info.
