https://chicago.craigslist.org/chc/pts/4893511976.html Thinking about grabbing those for my winter tires, guessing they are bbs, but I am not sure. Does anyone know what they are?

the don't look like bbs, his comment is funny, 'IDK the what they are, but you can buy the part that says what they are for $20, without knowing what they are'

definitely a BBS RS wheel knockoff. brand might be Prime? looks just like these...
