i say go with the F23 5 spd swap H22 5spd swap is nice but if your looking to save gas with a little more power go with the F23 but if your looking for the Torque an power with gas guzzling just a little H22 but its your choice

5spd swap is pretty affordable. Seems most people have done it for $1500 or under, total. Easily the most worthwhile mod for the 4cyl.
