Car alarm turns on when I turn on the car

Forgot about ex's having this. It just seems so 'naturual' with a broken fob.

My car is an Ex

so what if I get a car fob, can I program it to turn off the alarm everytime it goes off?

they sorta do, the alarm sounds for like a minute, then turns back to armed...

want it to not arm?

mine just goes off randomly when its locked. went for an entire night once and killed the battery. so i just stopped locking it

Want it just to not go off when I turn on the car lol.. but have a chance to turn it off as soon as it does though

easiest: pull fuse

I don't remember all settings, but I'd check the owner's manual.
