So it turns out the stumble was one of these things: Carp, rotors, plugs. Glad to have that fixed.
BUT, I have had it fail to start a few times and it now the cuts off while driving quite often. I think heat plays a part in it because it only happens during the day, almost never at night. I guess I just need to find the main relay as in my post above and fix it. Anybody have some real world experience fixing this?
