Car won't star after I run for 15 minutes and then turn off.

I just want to say, that i have a honda accord 2001 ex auto, and the car is having trouble. For instances, i drove the car for 15 minutes or 20 minutes, then a i parked the car, for a least 15 or 20 minutes, when i come back to turn on the car, the car is doesn't turn on. I already cleaned, IACV VALVE, EGR, CRANK SENSOR changed, main relay changed, also the EGR Was changed. So, I going to show you a video, of what is doing after doing all this.

Does it start with a jump?
How much voltage does the battery read when the car is off?

The car start normally a few minutes later, the baterry is doing it's job good.

It almost seems like something is getting warm and not functioning properly once it cools a bit it works

I say the same thing, but I don't where to check. Is weiard seing that happen, no lights come on.

The car was having the problem today, and i just realized that the car was doing that, but I went to the front and started the car holding the return line of the gas, and car was stable, but when I leave it died. Any suggestions?
