Hey first time post. Need help so I can get to work on monday.
2002 sedan ex 3.0 v6 b7xa trans.
Changed trans due the fault they are well known for. Everything back in and I have a no crank, no start problem. I have checked the 6 pin connector to the ignition, its good, checked voltage at the starter, it's good, but the voltage to the solenoid with the key in the start position is 0. I just don't know what the next step is. I know I'm not getting power in the start position, but where do I go next? Also, I can't take it out of park for some reason, even with my foot on the brake. I know about the bypass, but it seems weird both things happening at once that were fine prior to the trans swap.
Any and all help is required. I have a tester and the majority of basic tools, I will respond to questions, and I will post what fixes the problem at the end. Please help!
