Cheap shops?

Alright so today was the best day of my life and I rear ended another honda...
it was an 07 civic with a cute girl driving it so i figured hitting her would be a good ice breaker... ok but in all seriousness I asked if i could replace her rear bumper and keep it under the eyes of insurance.

Im gunna buy this bumper and I was just wondering if anyone in the so cal area knew of any shops that paint these things for relatively cheap. Any help is appreciated.

not yet haha, but yea i know i have to choose from good cheap and fast.
I can order that bumper today and have this whole sitaution done with in 2-3 weeks. So were looking at a good and cheap which i feel is a good choice.
