Yeah that's a serious amount of miles. But if the car has not been in any accidents, and is in good condition, all it needs is an engine swap.

last week i saw an 2000 accord ex with 463k on it at my work i was like holey shizzz but i also sold my 91 accord lx with 330k on it for 1000 that car i sold has now 650k

Engines will continue to run a very long time if you are meticulous with fluid changes and oil. You can go over 300+ on stock honda block/head if you dont race it everywhere.
