I've done MANY headgasket replacements on the KA24E's....(and the KA24DE's)... it is a piece of CAKE!!! If you've never replaced a headgasket before, don't get used to how easy it is on the KA's!!!

So I started last night, Started removing the vacuum lines harnesses and all the misc around the manifolds, hopefully i can get the IM and header off tonight.

When i removed the intake tubing i noticed the filter was partially soaked in oil and there was oil in the TB and tubing reinforcing the idea of a blown head gasket.
