i got a letter from the superior court of Cali today stating that there were problems found in all honda accords from 2000-2001 with the automatic transmission.
anybody else received this letter??

A girl at my job has an 01 EX 4cyl. She said she rec'd some type of letter from Honda about her transmission

yea theres a thread on v6p, a bunch of people in cali got them and i think a few people in ga. im waiting for mine, prolly will be for a while since it doesnt cover 99s yet

Im down if any one gets the info for the 99 let me know I am at 135,500 and slipping at 30 - 45 mph. Just go tthe fluid changed and it is doing ok!

I flipped through the V6P info on this when I read that, and one of the vehicles included was the Prelude, so I'd assume it is for ANY automatic transmission. The guys info and stuff is on there, it seems you might be able to e-mail the attorney and ask for sure if you're curious, but I'm assuming if they took the time to send you a letter, then you count ;)
