it will fit with a lil modification at the y-pipe... nothing a muffler shop can't do... gains will be minimal tho

Thanks DarkSide.

I'm not looking for gains, I have OBX mufflers on with some mods to the Y pipe, I'm looking for a cleaner OEM look but didn't care a whole lot about the stock av6 muffler.

I was just hoping this would be something I could have done on my own rather than take it to a shop.

I believe if you already have the stock v6 piping, the mufflers will bolt right up. I think the only modifications is to the hangers...and they are just a slight modification. I actually have some cl mufflers sitting in my apartment that i was going to install but i am deciding to sell them instead.
