in all seriousness, i want to ask you what you're doing with your left hand?
i usually keep my left thumb on Ctrl key, and switch between tabs by pressing Ctrl + tab (using ring finger) & Ctrl + Shift + tab.
then, to close newly-opened tab, just press Ctrl + W (using middle finger).
there you have it, using both hands to surf the web. once you get used to it, you'll be pretty comfortable surfing the net with multiple tabs opened.
FYI: Ctrl + T is to open new tab, Ctrl + N to open new window
