Clicking noise under my dash

There is an annoying clicking noise coming from that black box under my dash. It clicks when I change songs and adjust the volume. It's sooo annoying! Does anyone have experience with similar problems and what do I replace.

Also... does your crank pulley wobble?

Black box under the dash isn't specific... but it sounds like a relay.

A wobbling crank pulley doesn't sound good at all... have you been over tensioning the belts? Sounds like the rubber damper in the pulley is worn out and you need to replace the pulley.
