So I just did most of my interior with red LEDs from ledautomotive but unfortunately when soldering the clock LED I broke the one leg off of it so I went to radio shack to get a LED, wired it in, and it looks sh!tty... very dull/dim.. Does anyone know what kind of LED I should buy for the clock? Like the one that came with the kit?

already did... (to fit the damn bulb in the hole). This LED only shines facing dead on so since its inserted into the clock onto the side its output sux

yeah i think if you use a 5mm led, it should fit right in the hole and face the diffuser.

its been so long since i did mine, i cant remember all the details
