no you shouldnt, most coilovers fit 4 and 6 cyl

i have a 4 cyl sedan...lowered on FnF 1's then i did the 5 lug...fit perfectly, no mods needed

on 6th gen accords.. both 4cyl and v6 struts/coilovers are the same.. that goes for sedan and coupe as well.. theres no difference.
