Someone who hasnt done the build! There are actually a couple guys that have done builds like this so far. NASOHC, Greg, and myself! I just dont post any pix cuz I dont have a good camera!

I know that NASOHC is running the Bisi cam if I remember correctly, and I know that at least DSA has done the G23, and of course there's pirate with his crazy G23.

But for all the talk of K20 pistons I don't believe it's been done, although someone has referred to a member on HT or something doing it.

So what exactly does your build consist of? I think maybe it's a built F22B, but idk. Did NVA AV6 do the work for you? Have any dyno numbers?

I just joined V6P so that I could contact NVA and hopefully get him to build and swap the head, install the Apexi neo and street tune it. I know he's in the middle of a ridic 3.5 stroker turbo project on some guys accord who drove form arizona to have him work on the car, but I hope he'll squeeze me in sometime.

PS It would be great to meet some up with you and this MD/VA/DC accord crowd sometime. What exactly goes on in Rockville on Saturdays?

There is a guy on HT that did it. RSX pistons in an otherwise stock F23 (as far as I know) and swapped it into his EG hatch. I wanna say his sn is SiR-ed8

Swapping the head isn't really that hard. I was a little scared doing it myself but everything came out A O K, and not one problem almost 2 years later. Install everything yourself and head over to the nearest dyno shop or one of your choosing. It's not that hard to figure out. Get a boomslang or rywire harness for the Neo instead of resorting to splicing wires.

Better yet, switch to OBd1 since your 5spd, pick a P28, chipped or unchipped and choose a tuning software program.

Im sure he can put some time in for you. Paul also does P&P but as far as valve job im not sure. Actually he taught me how to Pnp but im just a noob at that. My motor isnt in yet but on a stand gettin worked on in the garage. You should come by tomorrow cuz theres gonna be a big meet up there tomorrow while LT is breakin in his 3.5 motor. Yes he did travel from AZ to VA to get the motor done! Ill be goin there either tonite or early tomorrow morning to help work on the car! Im sure he has plenty of insight to give you! Rockville on Saturdays is just a big meet where cars from Mo county and PG come out and chill. With 495 right there everyone can get on and top end when there done. Me and Dre are there most of the time. Jordan aka HaloCoupe is there sometimes as well! But with a meet comes a ginormous group of RICERS! If you wanna come out tomorrow give me a call and let me know!
