well i was laying but i put them spicy oil on my eye and fake crying !! and i did bust out of tear and said i was on teh way to hospital cuz my grandpa die..just about 5 min ago sir and tear come out lmao !!! hey brother i will do anythign to get out of ticket rather for you guy to lagth at me more then paid about 3 or 400 buck !! is paint in the *** !

like sinful said, if you get caught, your in trouble. good thing the cop didn't escort you to the hospital and see what's up.

Lying could be considered falsification if they really caught you and wanted to make an issue of it, but lying to one cop like that, I would argue that it was still in the cops discretion as far as the ticket goes, because its not like it was a written statement on your part until he wrote the ticket.

In Ohio it depends on where you are for how much. I had a $120 ticket for 81 in a 55 on a country road, but $180 for 37 in a 25 because it was a "business district" which is BS, it was like a car dealer and a stop light there, but whatever... lol.

Good job, just pay the ticket and be thankful you were so lucky. Some cops would have brought you into jail for reckless driving in some states. Also, whats the deal with your big a$$ siggy?

yea, i got pulled over for doing 95 in a 65 once, i was in a rush, but no biggie. i was 110% honest with the cop, and i started slowing down and preparing to pull over as soon as i saw him see me. so i got 79 in a 65 AND he didnt report it to insurance. i forgot how much i had to pay, but i didnt care, i got a huge break from that, it couldve been worse.
