Coupe 3rd brake light

for the guys with the oem spoiler...if you removed the third brake light inside the rear window, what did you use to cover up the hole or did you just leave it? just looking for ideas. i was gonna get some fabric to put over it but i dont wanna buy some cheap **** thats just gonna fade

I left my bulb in there and just unplugged the harness that goes into the bulb. The plug then went into the spoiler harness to the LED strip. That way no crap gets in.

i reupholstered it myself for like 20 bucks total.

its a nice little "port" for the bass from my trunk to get into the cabin :D


im gonna eventually redo again with a nicer leather material.

"Shaved" it - removed all speaker grills, etc, covered it w/ 1/4 foam and then black vinyl.

Greg, did you take the rear deck panel out and save it or did you do it in-car? I've never been able to get that thing out without destroying it...

Removed it, there is no 3rd brake light there now. Just the two on either side of the trunk.

No 3rd...no middle..no reverse lights
