Saw couple of cars in Orlando driving without it... It seems in Orlando its not illegal to drive without it ... not sure about the state that you will be passing by....

i dont think it is. worst case they pull you over and you tell them that you're on your way to pick up a new hood

^ that's what i did when i picked up my hood. lol but then again i onli had a 20 min drive

make sure you clean your engine bay first lol
