coupe vs sedan exhaust

i did some searching but couldn't find anything. is the sedan exhaust the same but just a little longer? what is the difference. cause i plan on buying an ebay catback but using magnaflow muffler, but all the ebay exhausts say for coupe and sedan. there is a small piece of piping included with flanges on both sides and im not sure if that is used to make the kit universal for both coupes and sedans or if its a size increaser since the catback is 2.5" piping while the stock cat is 2.25" i hope someone can help. thank you

The sedan exhaust is longer and the hanger locations are different.

Not a huge issue, as people have put the Coupe exhaust on a sedan, and IIRC, vice versa.
