crackly exhaust

I am running stock exhaust in a 99 lx sedan except for the big muffler fell off. I just adjusted valves, seafoamed, installed a cai, bypassed throttle body coolant, and added a catch can. I've noticed today if I go wot to maybe 5k rpm the exhaust note on the decel is vicious. It's nothing like a real hopped up car, the crackles are quiet, no pops though. Is this normal on a basically stock car? I'm not running rich, whats the deal, not that I'm complaining?

It's normal for our CGs that are 4 cylinder

On a z28 lt1 that I had, all I had was headers. The rest was completely stock and it would crackle loud on deceleration. Not an issue at all. Embrace it my friend
