Where'd you get your battery tie down? Link?

Come again ? tie down ?

The battery is on a custom built frame I welded.

@89ef2 Haha keep dreaming. You would need more then just the bumper.

Bad new is still no parts :( well not all at least. I ended up paying 411 euro for all the bearing 12 rod and 8 main + the oilpan gasket.
Been calling the dealer almost every week. Strange its like the part are coming bit by bit ....cant they just pack them all and send them

As I am waiting for the parts will just have to work on the wiring. :)

Small update again. Using the accord as a daily again as i have a MOT next month and need to be 100% sure that the car is OK. 2 day after i started driving the accord i lost the alternator belt on the highway :lolrun: i can tell you that it was not fun at all. Lucky for me i have a 72Ah battery on it and was able to drive home and back to the city to buy a new belt. Strange part is that the belt was 1 year old.

Now she is up and running again. Will have to replace one rear caliper and then just have to pass the MOT.

As for the project. I finaly made my mind up and when with the NSX transmission. I found a CL-S 6 speed non LSD and a 5-speed LSD NSX transmission. The NSX is only 5 speed but it will be a bolt on and LSD + it is for the dual clutch so it will work just nice. Also the gearratio is way better then on the CL-s transmission. Only bad thing is that it might have the snap ring fail problem as it is in the range but as i will be taking it apart anyway it might not be that bad.

The NSX transmission i will be getting in a month or so form the US.

After the transmission it here the only thing missing will be the axles. Have found a clutch pedal, master cyl. and lines of off a 2004 accord and the shifter with the linkage cables. The mounts will have to be made. I might be able to modify the accord mounts to work with the NSX engine and transmission. Will also have to modify the shifter to work with the NSX as I will have the 1.st gear were the R is on a normal 5 speed transmission if i do not modify it. I would make a nice extra anti-theft system but ill skip that lol.

Interior update: I opt. for the CL dash bezle rather then the CL-S. I was not able to fins a GPS unit. The one on ebay are way overpriced and do not come with the securety code that is needed to unlock them.

As soon as the weather gets warmer ( at the moment 22F ) to and I get the engine rebuilt ill start removing the old J30a1. If lucky then at the end of April I will have time to start the swap. Also all the parts should be here by that time.
