haha well i think their finee. i love to blind people cause i already do with the hid. if you dont want to blind any buddy either point them down or put a relay on it or buy an exspensive drl kit. haha i dont care i did mine and i like it, so its cool. we should just tell the canadian people that take em out of their cars to send it down here to california haha cause every buddy that i talk to always asks me how i did it and if i can do it for em

What resistor from Radio Shack should I use to dim down the High Beams? Im close to getting a truely DIY DRL kit for less than 30 bucks. Let me know so I can write up a DIY.

you'll need a 1.2 ohm resistor. They probably won't have it at radio shack though, you'll have to go to a more comprehensive electronics store. I got mine from You-Do-It-Electronics.

this seriously looks like a fire waiting to happen. Wouldn't the other option be to run them to a switch?

You still have your highbeam...its just routed to a different switch :run:
