i can't imagine that their boss doesn't go down there and wonder "hmmmmmm...why are there so many tire marks, and why does it smell like rubber?" or that the people above can't hear anything. underground ramps like that are like megaphones...

and if that happened to my car, i would smell the rubber in the car. even when i drip oil on my downpipe and wipe it off after an oil change, i can smell it.

I don't even let my parents or my girlfriend drive my car, no way I'd ever give my keys to some idiot I don't know so he can park my car.
