Does a 01-02sedan bumper fit a 98-00 sedan?

hey man as a former noob (well still sort of) the "advanced" search feature often gets overlooked, so it ends up search every thread where the words "sedan" "bumper" which is like a 1000, so don't torch too much... we need a "noob read this thread first" thread to explain the such
