DRL Fuse box

Just wondering why there isn't any metal clips on my DRL slot.

My DRL slot is the slot below the 15A
The slot above the 7.5A is taken off to show you what i'm talking about.

Is there a reason why other than that the car is a imported from the states?
I live in Canada and it's required to have DRL sadly...

I think you answered your own question. I believe that DRL did not become mandatory in the US until more recent years and that is why your car was not wired for DRL.
