My father works at Hardin Honda and paid about 12 bucks for a key for my Accord. (not the valet key)

[Starts the car as well, after reading BPAccords post just now]

I spent 20$ for it at my honda dealer for my gfs 02 civic key.

damn i jsut called a local dealer and they said that its goin to cost 50 to duplicate the key and then 140 to program..... WTF!!!!! :inouteek: anyone in socal wanna hook it up and got it for a cheaper price...

i got a copy of mine made at home depot.....I'm pretty sure it starts my car. I'll have to check when I get home.

Ill back that up.

The retarded owner before me did the same thing hehehe and it didnt work.

I paid exactly $42 + 4.31 tax so total 46.31 for the key to be cut and coded. @ McGrath City Honda in Chicago.

Bastards steal way too much.
