CV joints and wheel bearings have added stress.
You might scrape in some places (just take it easy on angles). Watch out for curbs near parking spots....i.e don't beach your front bar.
You might need a camber kit.
Then an alignment for sure.
And don't forget to re-adjust your headlights as they might be aimed wrong due to the drop.
