Not super urgent, but:

My car sat for several days in sub-zero temperatures. I turned it on and let it sit for ~15 minutes to warm up.

When I came out to it, I did a once around to check for anything weird. I heard a rapid clicking noise from the rear drivers side area. It sounded electronic. It's still sub-zero, so I didn't go any further.

Roughly 1 year ago I replaced the emissions chamber and solenoid that are located in that area, but this didn't seem to be coming from that area. Rather, somewhere close to it.

I have no CELs yet, and this isn't my DD. I'd like to know if it's a recurring problem or something you guys hear of often.

Well, based on the area you describe and how you say it happened after a long period of idle, I would think this is normal operation of the EVAP purge solenoid. Could I be wrong, yes. But given all parameters, I think that's what it is.
